Public Sileasy App subscriptions are approved and billed through Shopify. Sileasy does not collect or store payment-card information for Shopify app subscriptions.

When contacting us about a charge: include the Sileasy application name, your myshopify.com domain, invoice date, and the charge description shown in Shopify Admin. - Confirm that you are signed in to the intended Shopify store.
- Confirm that your staff account has the permissions required for the workflow.
- Refresh Shopify Admin and reopen the embedded application.
- Record the date, time, and time zone if the issue is intermittent.

- Confirm that products intended for synchronization contain vendor values.
- Confirm that the Online Store sales channel is active when publishing a theme block.
- Confirm that the selected theme template supports Online Store 2.0 app blocks.

To report an outage or recurring error, email support@sileasy.com and include the application name, myshopify.com domain, affected feature, approximate time and time zone, and any relevant Activity or error information that is safe to share.
